Dust filtration and collection
FBC takes its name from the Italian phrase for a filter above a briquetting machine. Danese offers this bag filter unit to separate dust from air and collect it in the lower hopper. The configuration is assessed against the dust characteristics, airflow and system requirements.
Access for maintenance
The illustrated configuration includes a modular galvanised sheet-metal structure, filter bags, maintenance access and a collection hopper. The brochure shows snap-ring bag fittings and cleaning by electric vibrators mounted on independent frames. Filter material, dimensions and cleaning arrangements are specified for the application.
Positive or negative pressure systems
Fan position affects the arrangement: upstream of the filter, air is pushed into the unit; downstream, the fan draws air through it. The filter housing, bags and accessories must be sized for the intended pressure or vacuum conditions. Fan and protective measures are selected for the project and the dust handled.
From collection to compaction
The hopper guides dust to the discharge. Integration with the Impact D1 briquetting machine can be assessed to compact the collected material. Connections, discharge and dust compatibility are defined for the line.
