FLESHWAY D-2
Fleshway D-2 is a fleshings pump designed to transport fleshing waste away from the fleshing machine, with no issues from height differences, bends or long distances.
It is a practical solution for tanneries that want continuous production, high flow rates and no water during the fleshing stage.

The three Fleshway D-2 models
Fleshway D-2 is available in three models, designed for different needs in flow rate, distance and height.
The indicated performances are obtained with piping suitable for the treated material, with a minimum internal diameter of 110 mm and bends made preferably with two 45° bends instead of one 90° bend.
Fleshway MINI
Compact model with an indicative flow rate of 15-20 m3/h, suitable for limited distances and heights.
It is the right choice for simpler installations and plants with reduced space.
Fleshway STANDARD
The model described so far, with a flow rate of 21-25 m3/h.
It can reach up to 200 meters of transport and up to 10 meters of height, if installed with correct piping.
Fleshway MAXI
Higher-output version, designed to reach 40-50 m3/h, for plants with greater loading and flow requirements.
The stated performances are achieved with piping suitable for the treated material, minimum internal diameter 110 mm,
and bends made with two 45° sections rather than one 90° bend, in order to reduce pressure losses.
