The toothed belt is the main working component
After splitting, the extractor supports the removal and transport of grain and split layers. Belt grip and regular movement help keep hide transfer continuous. Danese supplies parts for these systems, starting with the toothed belt used for the grain layer.
A thicker cover protects the fabric plies
The belt we offer has an oil- and lime-resistant cover. The thickness of this cover, which protects the internal fabric plies, is approximately three times that of the standard white belts used for comparison. This refers to the protective layer, not the number of plies. The extra material helps protect the internal reinforcement in service.
Longer life under actual working conditions
In our application experience, this construction can last two or three times as long as standard white belts. Results depend on machine condition, adjustment, processed material and maintenance. Selection starts with the existing belt and the wear observed.
Match the part to the machine
Send the extractor make and model, belt circumference and width, and photographs of the teeth and joint. For other components, provide dimensions, mountings and photographs so we can compare the part before defining supply.
PVC belts and rubber-covered rollers
Alongside toothed grain-layer belts, we supply PVC belts for transporting the split layer and rubber-covered rollers. Dimensions, mountings and photographs are compared with the installed component to identify the correct part.
