Fleshway D-2 fleshing waste pump | MINI, STANDARD & MAXI
Fleshway D-2 is a fleshing waste pump that transfers waste from the fleshing machine to the collection point in a tannery. It is manufactured in three models: MINI for small production volumes, STANDARD for distances up to 150 metres and MAXI for conveying distances up to 200 metres.

Choose your Fleshway D-2 model
Fleshway MINI
With a flow rate of 9–12 m³/h, for small production volumes and collection points close to the fleshing machine. Conveys fleshing waste over distances up to 10 metres and to discharge heights up to 3 metres.
Fleshway STANDARD
The established model for conveying fleshing waste over distances up to 150 metres, with a flow rate of 12–15 m³/h. Handles the output of one through-feed fleshing machine or two conventional fleshing machines operating at the same time.
Fleshway MAXI
For more distant collection points, with conveying distances up to 200 metres and flow rates up to 24 m³/h. Equipped with a larger hydraulic power unit, a 200-litre reservoir and an 11 kW motor.

Planning the installation
Flow rate, conveying distance and discharge height depend on the material and installation layout. Maximum values do not mean that all performance limits can be achieved simultaneously. Use piping suitable for fleshing waste, with a minimum internal diameter of 110 mm, preferably using two 45° bends instead of a single 90° bend.
