Consistent conveying for even cleaning
In dedusting and brushing machines, the belt carries leather through cleaning. Material, joint and dimensions must suit the machine. Danese supplies conveyor belts, head cleaning blades and parts for extraction and filtration systems.
Three conveyor belt options
ES02 — synthetic

The ES02 synthetic belt is a lightweight, economical option. Surface fibres contribute to its antistatic behaviour. It is supplied with a double-Z joint.
VT100 — cotton

The cotton VT100 offers quieter operation and a longer service life than ES02, with the natural antistatic behaviour of cotton. This version also uses a double-Z joint.
D-Antistatic — elastic fabric

D-Antistatic is a new elastic antistatic fabric, available in a sewn version to make installation and maintenance faster and easier. Depending on the machine configuration, it can replace synthetic or cotton belts. Its high elasticity calls for a smaller relaxed loop length, sized for the machine: do not simply copy the old belt length.
Traditional belt joints
The photographs show synthetic and cotton belt joints. To identify a replacement, provide width, loop length, joint type, machine make and model. D-Antistatic length and installation are assessed separately.
Head cleaning blades
Cleaning blades help keep brushing machine heads clean. We compare profile, dimensions and fastening arrangement to select a replacement. A photograph of the installed part helps identify it.
Dust extraction and collection
The blower is a line accessory. It creates the negative pressure needed to extract dust and is often installed alongside the machine. We also supply filter bags and filter parts, identified by dimensions, material and fitting.
From filtration to briquetting
The FBC bag filter collects dust in a hopper. Its configuration is assessed for the dust and the system. For compatible material, integration with the Impact D1 briquetting machine can reduce the bulk of collected dust and make handling easier.
Find the part for your machine
Send the machine make, model, dimensions and photographs. For belts, include the current material and joint; for filters and blowers, describe the system arrangement.
